For certain products, including propane and butane cylinders, industrial gases, medical gases, and packaging gases, additional conditions, safety regulations, deposit systems, rental conditions, or supplier terms may apply.

5. Prices and Availability
All prices are shown in euros. Whether prices include or exclude VAT is indicated on the website or during the ordering process.
We reserve the right to change prices, availability, and product range at any time.
An order may be refused, limited, or cancelled if a product proves unavailable, has been incorrectly priced, cannot be delivered, or if there are operational, safety, or legal reasons.
6. Orders and Formation of the Agreement
An order placed via the website only becomes a final agreement after it has been accepted by Antwerp Gas Depot BV.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order, including in the event of:
- incorrect or incomplete customer details
- incorrect price or product information
- suspicion of misuse or fraud
- safety or transport restrictions
- impossibility of delivery
- unavailability of the product
If payment has already been received for an order that is wholly or partially cancelled, the relevant amount will be refunded.
7. Delivery
Products that can be shipped by post are delivered in Belgium and, where available, in other countries within the European Union.
Gas cylinders and other products subject to specific safety or transport rules are delivered exclusively via Antwerp Gas Depot BV’s own transport and only in Flanders, Belgium, within the regions we serve.
Delivery times are indicative unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
8. Use of Products
The customer is responsible for the safe, correct, and lawful use of all delivered products.
For gas cylinders, burners, heaters, grills, and related products, the customer must strictly follow all instructions for use, safety, storage, and maintenance.
Antwerp Gas Depot BV is not liable for damage caused by improper use, incorrect installation, inadequate maintenance, modifications by third parties, or use contrary to the instructions or applicable regulations.
9. Deposit, Rental, and Supplier Terms
A deposit system applies to certain propane and butane cylinders. The applicable conditions may vary depending on the type of cylinder.
For industrial, medical, and packaging gas cylinders, additional conditions may apply from Messer or another supplier, including rental, lease, return, and usage conditions.
By ordering, purchasing, or using such products, the customer acknowledges that additional conditions may apply alongside these terms of service.
10. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our return and refund policy as published on this website.
Different rules may apply to gas cylinders, rental cylinders, deposit cylinders, used products, and products subject to safety or transport restrictions.
11. Invoicing and Customer Details
The customer undertakes to provide accurate, complete, and current contact, billing, and payment details.
Antwerp Gas Depot BV reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel orders if incorrect or incomplete information is provided.
12. Legal Warranty
For consumers, the legal warranty applies to consumer goods as provided under Belgian law.
These terms of service do not affect the mandatory legal rights of consumers.
13. B2B
Where an order is placed by a company, self-employed person, or other professional customer, different conditions may apply.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, provisions relating to consumer protection apply only to customers acting as consumers.
14. Prohibited Use
You may not use this website or our services:
